What information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, address, district and thana, and an optional comment. We also keep the messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or Facebook.
How we use it
To confirm your order, deliver your goods, give you an invoice and answer your questions. We never sell your information. Only what is needed for delivery is shared with the delivery partner.
Facebook Pixel Facebook (Meta) Pixel
We use the Facebook (Meta) Pixel. It tells Facebook which products were viewed, added to the cart or ordered, so we can improve our ads. We do not send your name, phone number or address to Facebook. Facebook may, under its own policy, collect some technical information from your browser and device, such as the IP address.
Our own visit record
To understand which products people like, we keep a simple record of the pages and products viewed. It does not contain your name or phone number unless you place an order.
Google Maps Cookies and Google Maps
Small cookies are used to remember your cart and keep the site working. The Contact page shows Google Maps, which follows Google's own policy.
Payment
